Aṅguttara Nikāya 1. Ekakanipāta II. Nīvaraṇapahāna Vagga. Expelling obstacles 断盖品

11. “Nāhaṃ, bhikkhave, aññaṃ ekadhammampi samanupassāmi yena anuppanno vā kāmacchando uppajjati uppanno vā kāmacchando bhiyyobhāvāya vepullāya saṃvattati yathayidaṃ, bhikkhave, subhanimittaṃ. Subhanimittaṃ, bhikkhave, ayoniso manasi karoto anuppanno ceva kāmacchando uppajjati uppanno ca kāmacchando bhiyyobhāvāya vepullāya saṃvattatī”ti. Paṭhamaṃ.
12. “Nāhaṃ, bhikkhave, aññaṃ ekadhammampi samanupassāmi yena anuppanno vā byāpādo uppajjati uppanno vā byāpādo bhiyyobhāvāya vepullāya saṃvattati yathayidaṃ, bhikkhave, paṭi gha nimittaṃ. Paṭi gha nimittaṃ, bhikkhave, ayoniso manasi karoto anuppanno ceva byāpādo uppajjati uppanno ca byāpādo bhiyyobhāvāya vepullāya saṃvattatī”ti. Dutiyaṃ.
11.“诸比库,我不见有其他一法,如同 此净相这样能导致未生起的欲贪生起,或已 生起的欲贪增长、广大。诸比库,不如理作意净相,能导致未生起的欲贪生起,以及已 生起的欲贪增长、广大。” 第一。
Bhikkhus, I do not know of a thing more conducive to the arising of non-arisen sensual desires and the development of arisen sensual desires as an agreeable object. Unwise reflection of an agreeable object arouses non-arisen sensual desires and develops arisen sensual desires. This is the first.
12.“诸比库,我不见有其他一法,如同 此瞋怒相这样能导致未生起的瞋恚生起,或 已生起的瞋恚增长、广大。诸比库,不如理作意瞋怒相,能导致未生起的瞋恚生起,以 及已生起的瞋恚增长、广大。” 第二。
