Meditate, bhikkhu - AN 5.73

Jhāyatha bhikkhu, mā pamādattha. Mā pacchā vippaṭisārino ahuvattha. Ayaṃ amhākaṃ anusāsanī'ti.

"Meditate, bhikkhu, do not be heedless. Do not have cause to regret it later. This is our instruction to you."
